Our cattle are 100% grass-fed on nutrient-dense pastures free from any conventional agricultural chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertilizers, ensuring that you receive the purest natural grass-fed beef, rich in flavour and nutrients.

Our beef is free from the use of growth hormones, antibiotics, MRNA vaccines, Bovaer or any other feed additives other than natural grasses. We believe that the robust natural immunity of our regenerative farm and the nutrients in our soil and pastures are the best approach to ensure what you're eating is as pure and healthy as possible.

We offer flexible subscription options for our beef boxes and shelf products (bone broth, beef tallow, and multivitamins). Choose from fortnightly or monthly delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll be charged automatically, and your order will arrive like clockwork.

For Beef Boxes:

Fortnightly: Delivered every second week, starting from the next available delivery run after your first payment. Your first payment is processed when you sign up, and then every second Monday after that.

Monthly: Delivered once a month, starting from the next available delivery run after your first payment. Charges are made on the same date each month as your original order.

For Shelf Products (bone broth, tallow and multivitamins):

Weekly: Shipped shortly after payment, every week on the same day as your initial purchase.

Fortnightly: Shipped every second week on the same weekday as your first order.

Monthly: Shipped monthly, on the same day of the month as your first order.

Beef Boxes: Delivery will be on the next available delivery run after each payment is processed.

Shelf Stable Products (broth, tallow, multivitamins): Orders are shipped shortly after each payment, usually within a few business days.

Our largest box is the Carnivore Box, which includes at least 14kg of beef. If you need more, you can top up your order with extra items, like our bulk sausage and mince packs, right in your cart. Some of our customers with larger families even order multiple boxes to stock up—it’s like building your own quarter cow!

Your beef box will arrive in a ‘chilltainer’ with ice packs (like a mini esky), keeping it cool for up to 24 hours. The delivery drivers typically leave it in a safe spot, but if there’s ever an issue, let us know. For best results, pop the burger patties, mince, and sausages in the freezer if you’re not using them within a day or two.

Nope! Both our brisket patties and our mince are 100% pure Highlands Natural beef. Our brisket patties have an 80/20 meat to fat ratio, which is the perfect blend for a juicy burger. Our mince is leaner, with a 92/8 meat to fat ratio. Each run of our mince is from a single animal, and we're very proud of our high quality processes in place to make it a premium product.

Great news - all of them are completely
gluten-free!

Our beef cuts highest in collagen are the cuts with bones in them - such as our osso bucco and short ribs. However, our organic beef and chicken broths are certainly the winner when it comes to medicinal levels of collagen! The broths are made with our own signature recipe, cooked the right way over 18+ hours, with apple cider vinegar, roasted vegetables, celtic salt and copius amounts of organic grass fed and finished bones. They have 5.1g (beef) and 4.1g (chicken) of collagen per serve.

We’re working on a skincare range using our beef tallow! While it’s still in development, many of our customers love using our culinary tallow on their skin. Though it’s not technically cosmetic grade (which involves an extra step to remove all traces of odour and impurities), our tallow is triple-filtered and has a mild, vanilla-like scent. If you’d like, you can melt it down, mix in essential oils, or even try a wet render at home using a slow cooker to refine it further.
